Who we are

This website is operated by 1221 Family Real Estate, a real estate brokerage in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (RERA ORN 43617). In this policy, “we” and “us” means 1221 Family Real Estate.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or consultation form, we collect:

• your name and phone number (required)
• anything else you choose to give us: email address, what you are looking to do, preferred area, budget range and any notes
• whether you asked to receive market updates, and when
• how you reached the page: campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source or an advertising click ID) and the page you submitted from

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, passport or Emirates ID numbers, bank details or other sensitive information through these forms.

Why we use it

• To respond to your request: a member of our team will contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about the enquiry you made.
• To understand which of our pages and advertising campaigns bring genuine enquiries.
• To send you occasional market updates, only if you ticked the box asking for them.
• To keep records we are required to keep by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is stored in our customer-relationship system and shown to the 1221 team member assigned to it and to our management. We use service providers to run the website and that system — website hosting (Vercel), database hosting (Supabase) and email delivery (Resend) — who process the information only on our behalf. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies and measurement

Where we use advertising or analytics tags on a page, they record that a visit or a form submission happened so we can measure our campaigns. They do not receive the contents of the form.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and then delete them.

Your choices
